The Chakras

Exodus 25:37

And thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light over against it.

Revelation 1:20

Jesus spoke to John in the vision and explained what the seven candlesticks were: The mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand and of the seven golden lampstands is this: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.

While these biblical scriptures can take on many interpretations, I believe that we were being given cryptic insight on our inner world, pertaining to our seven Chakras of the Hue-man body.

In the Book of Thomas Christ tells us "For whoever does not know self, does not know anything, but whoever knows self, already has acquired knowledge about the depth of the universe".

Within our Hue-man body is an entire sacred temple waiting to be discovered. Within this temple we embark on a journey to perfect our soul through the overcoming many types of challenges through self discovery, reflection, and purification. Our goal is to transform our impurities and remove that which is blocking us, preventing our light from shining through to its full capacity.

Each Chakra, or circle of vortex energy houses very specific characteristics. Whether we know it or not, everything in our lives happening on the inside and on the outside is all connected and constantly being funneled in and out of these vortices. If there are blockages, we feel struggle in our physical, emotional and spiritual experience. We may also experience disease. We have a relationship between each chakra and the endocrine glands which are responsible for much of the functionality of our physical and emotional body. If we are clear the energy flows and we feel in control yet completely surrendered to the unknown. The body becomes healthier, emotions are stable, and we feel spiritually connected into the unity of All. The more we work on ourselves through this understanding, the more we reach our full potential as hue-mans.

We can think of ourselves as a complex system housing divine light. From our source creator, God, we receive pure white light into our body which is refracted like a rainbow across our chakras. Since everything is frequency and vibration, we can we relate many aspects of our reality that share a seat on the vibrational spectrum. For example, a musical note, a color, a number, a set of emotions, the planets, the elements, and even the days of the week, can share a frequency. So too can we relate all of this back to our chakras. Everything is connected. In the below chart, I have mapped those connections for you, so you can navigate and explore them.

Through a process of self reflection and discipline , we can observe where we might be expressing ourselves through our negative archetypes, or our positive ones. With this understanding, we might also relate what is out of balance in our lives, in our bodies, and what we might do to re-align ourselves to transform ourselves. We might also celebrate what is harmonious in our lives, and use that understanding to help give us confidence as we work to perfect what may need more work. Journaling is a great tool for self reflection and can help us see patterns over a length of time.

The journey is yours, as is the choice to embark on it. The rewards of this journey touch the microcosm of our day today lives in wonderful, heavenly ways. What is even more magnificent, is the macro-cosmic effect this plays out in the Universe, creating a harmony that touches everything in the vastness of time and space, including our continued existence across every lifetime. Therefor, it becomes the most valuable and impactful journey we can take.
